Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt quite tired, but I managed to upgrade to a suite on one of the highest floors which offered a better stay. The location was definitely a highlight, being within walking distance of major attractions, but the check-out process was a bit cramped. The dining experience didn't meet my expectations as the breakfast options were lacking, while the facilities were adequate.
During a busy conference week in New York, the hotel provided comfortable and modern rooms, which stood out among most NYC hotel rooms. However, the rooms were quite compact, making it feel like falling onto the bed when entering.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience with clean and spacious rooms, although the front desk area lacked charm. The daily room cleaning and comfortable bed were highlights of my stay.
I have to say, my stay at this hotel was quite nice! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The service, especially from the managers I interacted with, was truly amazing and extremely helpful. The location was superb, with easy access to the subway and popular attractions like Times Square and 5th Avenue within walking distance. The dining options were decent, with a good continental breakfast. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although not the suite we initially requested. The service was top-notch, especially when they went out of their way to return a lost item. The location was excellent but our room was smaller than expected. The dining options were better than anticipated.
